Personal Injury Attorney – Hawaii

Compensation: $120,000+ DOE

A well-established Hawaii law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, client advocacy, and case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligence, and other injury-related claims.

• Manage cases from initial consultation through settlement or trial, including discovery, depositions, and negotiations.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations while working to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Hawaii Bar license in good standing.

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, including litigation and case management.

• Strong negotiation, legal writing, courtroom advocacy, and client communication skills.
