Job Details
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing Dallas office. This position is ideal for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career with an established plaintiff-side firm and advocate directly for individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents.
Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters, with an emphasis on car and commercial truck accidents.
Communicate directly with Spanish- and English-speaking clients regarding treatment, case progress, settlement expectations, and next steps.
Review accident reports, medical records, insurance coverage, damages, and other case documentation.
Develop case strategy, evaluate liability and damages, and identify opportunities to maximize client recovery.
Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
Coordinate with paralegals, case managers, medical providers, experts, and other members of the legal team.
Maintain accurate case files, meet deadlines, and provide responsive client service throughout the life of each matter.
Participate in litigation, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation as required.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active and in-good-standing Texas Bar license
At least two years of attorney experience preferred
Plaintiff-side personal injury or motor vehicle accident experience strongly preferred
Professional fluency in Spanish and English required
Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills
Ability to manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on-site in Dallas, Texas
