    Personal Injury Litigation/Trial Attorney

    Location: Atlanta, GA
    Schedule: Full-Time
    Work Setting: In-Office

    MW Talent is partnering with a large, established personal injury law firm with offices across the United States to hire Personal Injury Litigation/Trial Attorneys for its Atlanta office.The firm has two openings and welcomes candidates with strong personal injury litigation experience, first-chair trial experience, or both. Each candidate will be considered based on their experience and strengths.

    About the Role

    As a Personal Injury Litigation/Trial Attorney, you will manage personal injury cases through litigation and help injured clients receive strong legal representation and compassionate support. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities might include preparing cases for trial or serving as first-chair counsel in the courtroom.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage personal injury cases through litigation and resolution
    • Meet with clients to discuss case strategy and provide updates
    • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
    • Conduct and defend depositions
    • Evaluate claims and negotiate with insurance carriers
    • Prepare cases for mediation, settlement, and trial
    • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
    • Serve as first-chair trial counsel based on experience
    • Manage an active caseload and meet all deadlines
    • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
    • Provide professional, compassionate, and clear client communication

    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
    • Active license and good standing with the Georgia State Bar
    • At least four years of personal injury litigation experience
    • Litigation experience, first-chair trial experience, or both
    • Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Strong case-management and time-management skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office
    • Team-oriented and proactive approach
    • Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus
