Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have an active NJ Bar license and at least 2 years of personal injury law experience.

Job Description
- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury files from intake through trial or settlement
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement documents
- Conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Maintain organized, cloud-based case files and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, experts, adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Utilize legal research tools and case management software to support litigation
- Collaborate with colleagues but also work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Active NJ Bar license required
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury law experience
- Courtroom and deposition experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage 75100 active cases efficiently
- Experience with case management software (Needles/Neos preferred) and MS Office 365
