Job Summary:
This position involves selling cruise vacation packages through outbound and inbound calls, developing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales. Responsibilities include managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, scheduling follow-ups, and converting leads into reservations. A customer-centered approach is important for building long-term relationships, repeat business and referrals. The role requires working independently to consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets.

(EST) 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM on the 1st day ONLY and forward
(EST) 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday for the duration of the training
After 4-week training (reg. shift)
(EST) 07:00 PM - 04:00 AM Sunday through Thursday /
(AU GMT+10) 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM Monday through Friday
Salary
The starting hourly pay rate for this role is $15/hour.
Currently considering residents from ONLY Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Texas.
