No previous caregiving experience? That’s okay — we’re willing to train the right people!

Whether you're an experienced caregiver or interested in starting a new career helping others, we’d love to meet you. We offer part-time to full-time opportunities, a variety of schedules, and shifts ranging from 4–12 hours.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver with Choice Personal Care, you’ll provide non-medical support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes.

Depending on the needs of each client, you may:

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• Prepare meals and provide eating assistance when needed
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a comfortable home environment
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities
• Assist clients with recreation and social activities
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands as assigned
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs
• Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate support to clients and their families

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience to make a great caregiver. We’re looking for dependable, compassionate people who genuinely enjoy helping others.

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required
• Training is available
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening
• Dependable, patient, and comfortable working independently
• Able to treat every client and family with kindness, dignity, and respect

Scheduling Opportunities

We have a variety of schedules available throughout the Monterey area:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• 4–12 hour shifts
• Part-time to full-time opportunities
