Pay Range: $42,000 - $63,000,Based on experience
Schedule:Monday - Friday,occasional evening and weekends
OBJECTIVE: Under the supervision of the Manager of Home Care, supervises all direct staff in the Adult Day Health Center and the Home Care departments in conformance with policies, procedures, and standards and all governing state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include the planning, coordination, and implementation of the dementia programming for all direct care staff.
