Montana Service Locations

We are recruiting caregivers in the following areas:

• Gallatin County: Bozeman, Belgrade, and surrounding communities
• Yellowstone County: Billings and surrounding communities
• Missoula County: Missoula and surrounding communities
• Flathead County: Kalispell and surrounding communities
• Cascade County: Great Falls and surrounding communities

Applicants are not required to live in all listed locations. Caregivers from other Montana communities are also welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on each client's individual care needs and authorized services, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort at home
• Observing and reporting changes in client conditions
• Documenting services accurately and completing required visit records
• Following individualized care plans and agency policies
• Maintaining professional communication with clients, families, and agency staff

Qualifications

We welcome applicants with different levels of caregiving experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a home care setting
• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not always required
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or related caregiver training is a plus
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain client confidentiality
• Willingness to complete required background screening, orientation, and training before providing services

Important: You do not need to have every certification or training completed before applying. Selected caregivers must meet all applicable Montana requirements before beginning client assignments.

Pay and Scheduling

Hourly Pay: $16.00–$21.00, depending on qualifications, experience, assignment requirements, and location.

Employment Type: Part-Time / Flexible / As Needed

Available assignments may include:

• Morning or afternoon shifts
• Evening assignments
• Weekday or weekend opportunities
• Short or extended shifts
• Occasional or recurring client schedules

Actual schedules and hours depend on client needs and assignment availability.

Adonai Healing Health Agency may have client assignments available at different times and in different communities.

When an assignment becomes available near your preferred service area, our recruitment team may contact you to discuss the location, schedule, compensation, and responsibilities.

You are never obligated to accept an offered assignment.

If an assignment does not fit your availability, location preferences, or personal circumstances, you may decline.

Declining an assignment will not automatically disqualify you from consideration for future opportunities.

We may contact you again when another suitable assignment becomes available.
