Personal Care Assistant

The Personal Care Aide (PCA) provides high-quality, compassionate, and person-centered care to residents in an assisted living community. The PCA assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), promotes dignity and independence, and supports a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment while maintaining compliance with all state regulations and facility policies.

Education and/or Experience:

•  High school diploma or equivalent required
• Competency testing
• Successful completion of a state-approved personal care assistant, nursing assistant, or home health aide training program preferred
• Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or home care preferred
