Gentle Care Home Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) interested in providing one-on-one support to children and individuals in their homes. Available schedules, hours, locations, and care needs vary based on current patient needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living.
  • Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal-care assistance.
  • Assist with mobility and positioning as appropriate.
  • Support safe daily routines in the home.
  • Provide companionship and engagement.
  • Follow the patient's individualized care plan.
  • Observe and report changes or concerns.
  • Complete required documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with families and the Gentle Care team.

Requirements

  • CNA certification for positions requiring CNA credentials.
  • PCA applicants must meet applicable agency and program requirements.
  • CPR certification as required.
  • Ability to meet required background and health screening requirements.
  • Home care or pediatric experience preferred.
  • Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
