Gentle Care Home Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) interested in providing one-on-one support to children and individuals in their homes. Available schedules, hours, locations, and care needs vary based on current patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living.
- Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal-care assistance.
- Assist with mobility and positioning as appropriate.
- Support safe daily routines in the home.
- Provide companionship and engagement.
- Follow the patient's individualized care plan.
- Observe and report changes or concerns.
- Complete required documentation.
- Communicate professionally with families and the Gentle Care team.
Requirements
- CNA certification for positions requiring CNA credentials.
- PCA applicants must meet applicable agency and program requirements.
- CPR certification as required.
- Ability to meet required background and health screening requirements.
- Home care or pediatric experience preferred.
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
