We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support clients with daily living needs. The PCA will assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. This role includes helping with mobility, transfers, walking, and the use of mobility devices. The PCA will prepare meals, provide feeding assistance when needed, and maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and laundry. Additional responsibilities include offering companionship, monitoring client wellbeing, giving medication reminders, and documenting services provided along with any changes in the client’s condition
