About the Role:Positive Choice Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant/CNA to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support to clients in the home setting
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards
Requirements:- Active CNA certification or Personal Care Assistant experience preferred
- Valid Nevada state certification or eligibility to work as a CNA/PCA
- Prior experience in home health, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
