About the Role:Trusted Vessels Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in Effingham, SC. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home environment
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands as required
- Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards
Requirements:- Prior experience as a Personal Care Aide, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and respect for elderly and disabled individuals
- Ability to follow care plans and take direction from healthcare supervisors
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
