Executive Home Care of Augusta is hiring Personal Care Aides/Caregivers in the Martinez area! We are looking for caring individuals who enjoy helping seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What You'll Do
As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands when needed
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition or behavior
- Completing care notes and documentation
What We're Looking For
You don't need years of experience to join our team. We value compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving/PCA experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
