Personal Assistant to Founder, Staffing

Our client is a fast-growing company known for their commitment to wellness and creating healthier lifestyles for clients nationwide. As the Founder’s "right arm," you’ll play a pivotal role in making both his business and personal life run smoothly.

We’re hiring for a Personal Assistant to support the Founder and his family in both professional and personal capacities.

What you will do:
  • Organize and manage business development activities, communications, and scheduling for the founder.
  • Run personal errands and proactively handle household projects (including home organization).
  • Serve as a resource for the founder’s spouse as needed.
  • Bring order and structure to a dynamic, sometimes disorganized environment.
  • Tackle tasks large and small with a can-do, hands-on approach.
  • Adapt to evolving needs and priorities with maturity and flexibility.
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.

What we’re looking for:
  • Highly organized, mature, and resourceful professional.
  • Comfortable assisting with both business and personal tasks.
  • Willing to take on hands-on projects and errands as needed.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet.
  • Previous experience supporting executives or busy households preferred.
  • Ability to "figure it out" with minimal direction and thrive in a role that ebbs and flows.

Required skills:
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with digital calendars, email, and basic office software.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Required education, training, experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar support role.
