Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team at Perrysburg, with occasional shifts at St. Anne and St. Vincent. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in providing high-quality care to patients while collaborating with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care, including history and physical assessments (H&Ps), and assist with admissions
    • Conduct rounding duties, including H&Ps, assisting with Rapids, geographical rounding, and emergency room coverage
    • Collaborate with other healthcare providers throughout the hospital, including consults and interdisciplinary teams
    • You can work a total of 168 hours per month, or opt for a schedule of two 7/12-hour shifts per month, occurring from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

    Requirements:

    • ICU/Critical Care experience preferred
    • Board certification required

    Expectations:

    • Maintain an ethical approach to patient care
    • Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers regarding patient treatment plans
    • Collaborate with consults and other providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
    • Adhere to ethical standards and principles in patient care
    • Foster collaboration and teamwork among healthcare professionals throughout the hospital
    • Review and maintain patient charts and records
    • Conduct initial consults and admissions
    • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings to discuss patient care plans
