Job Overview:
The Permitting Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the permitting process for various projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements effectively. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate permit submissions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit permit applications to relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary documentation for permits.
• Track the status of permit applications and ensure timely approvals.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies to address any questions or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all permits and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• 1 to 2 years related permitting or project management experience.
• Knowledge of real estate industries practices, procedures and documents.
• Knowledge of the electrical utility industry desired.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Proven team-building and organization skills.

Pay Range: $26 - $30

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
