Permit Coordinator

Summary:

• CEI’s Fortune 30 Client in Media and Telecommunications is adding a Permit Coordinator to their team!
• The role will be involved in the permitting process from start to finish.

Job at a glance:

• Long term contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement
• $28-36/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
• Hybrid position, working remotely Fridays, and onsite M-Th at 1250 Haddonfield-Berlin Road

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking all pending permits through the review process while effectively communicating the status of each permit.
• Entails coordinating and tracking permits, funds, and other resources related to ISP/OSP/Telecom construction projects.
• Submit permit packages, including permit tracking and correlation.
• Track jurisdiction specific requirements and provide that information to the team.
• Heavy customer service focus with lots of Salesforce data entry.
• Will handle all complaints / issues from the Utilities and bring this back to the team.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Permit coordination experience, ideally in the telecom space
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Salesforce is preferred
