We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Fremont, California. As a PTA, you'll help patients work toward greater mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and independence. You'll be part of their progress from the challenging first steps to the moments when they realize just how far they've come.
The Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation provides a consistent routine while giving you the opportunity to focus on delivering quality patient care during the week.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:
Carry out individualized treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
Assist with gait, mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional training
Monitor patient progress and responses to treatment
Communicate relevant patient changes and observations to the supervising PT
Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, mobility, and safety
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with PTs, nursing staff, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation and celebrate meaningful progress
Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality patient care
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
New graduates and experienced PTAs are encouraged to apply
