Location: Buhler, Kansas
Compensation: $27.83–$29.66/hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Weekend Rotation: None

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

  • Implement individualized treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

  • Provide therapeutic exercises and functional activities based on patient goals

  • Assist patients with gait, mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional training

  • Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate relevant changes to the supervising PT

  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and continued progress

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with PTs and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team

  • Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey

  • Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Kansas

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
