Delphi Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician for a permanent position at Lewis County Health System. This role supports a retiring FP physician's practice and offers the chance to help build a new pediatric office while supporting inpatient and newborn care.
Position Highlights:
- Base salary: $340,000 (full-time permanent outpatient & inpatient call practice)
- $25,000 start bonus (paid in first paycheck)
- RVU productivity bonus (paid quarterly, >50% MGMA)
- Call coverage: average 10 days/month (with 3 providers)
- Level 1 Newborn Nursery (<180 deliveries/year)
- Inpatient pediatric admissions: <50/year
Requirements:- Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician
- Current PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications
