Location: Willows, California
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekend Rotation

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a small skilled nursing facility in Willows, CA. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and occupational therapy needs

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve mobility, independence, and activities of daily living

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

  • Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely

  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on appropriate therapeutic techniques and strategies

  • Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes

  • Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Current California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply

  • SNF experience is a plus, but motivated clinicians with other clinical experience are welcome to be considered
