What You'll Do: Support youth and families throughout the permanency process Serve as a key liaison between youth, caregivers, state agencies, and community partners Utilize trauma-informed, strength-based, and youth-guided practices Facilitate family engagement and community connections Participate in treatment planning, court hearings, reviews, and case management Support youth with life skills, goal setting, and successful transitions Coordinate visits, appointments, meetings, and permanency-related activities Collaborate closely with clinical and permanency team members Why Bennington, Vermont?
