What Youll Do
- Perform clinical laboratory tests to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating diseases
- Operate laboratory equipment and analyze specimens accurately
- Maintain proper safety and quality standards in the lab
- Record and interpret test results precisely
- Follow laboratory procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information
What You Need
Required:- Valid Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) license or certification
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Proficient in laboratory techniques and safety precautions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Good communication skills and high attention to detail
Preferred:- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Familiarity with laboratory software systems
