What Youll Do- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures across various departments including Radiology, Emergency, and Operating Rooms
- Explain procedures to patients, ensuring comfort and cooperation
- Properly position patients to obtain high-quality images
- Adjust equipment and exposure parameters according to guidelines
- Follow radiation safety practices and assist radiologists
- Interact with and operate multiple electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and image accuracy
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow facility policies
What You Need- Valid Radiologic Technologist license in Kansas
- CPR and BLS certifications
- Prior experience in diagnostic imaging preferred
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
