What You'll Do
- Perform portable X-Rays using digital or computed radiography equipment in diverse settings including skilled nursing facilities, prisons, and home health visits
- Process and submit images for radiologist review promptly
- Conduct EKGs (if applicable) and transmit results to cardiologists
- Unload, maintain, and transport portable X-Ray equipment safely
- Document and scan exam paperwork and billing documents daily
- Maintain vehicle and radiology equipment in optimal condition
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, management, colleagues, and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
- Adapt to varied environments and patient needs
What You Need
Required:- Valid state radiologic technologist license
- Experience in portable digital or computed radiography
- Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:- Experience working in mobile or point-of-care radiology
- Knowledge of EKG procedures and transmission
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
