What Youll Do:- Perform portable digital (DR) or computed radiography (CR) X-ray exams at healthcare facilities.
- Obtain high-quality, diagnostically acceptable images for interpretation.
- Set up and unload portable X-ray equipment in various facilities, ensuring technical competency.
- Conduct EKGs when required, transmitting results to cardiologists for review.
- Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Communicate professionally with healthcare staff, patients, and dispatch teams.
- Document and scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.
What You Need:- Valid Radiologic Technologist license in North Carolina or valid state license with reciprocity.
- CPR/BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience performing portable X-rays (digital or CR).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage equipment, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred.
