What Youll Do:
- Perform portable digital (DR) or computed radiography (CR) X-ray exams at various facilities.
- Ensure X-ray images are clinically diagnostic and technically accurate for radiologist review.
- Unload, transport, and set up portable X-ray equipment on-site.
- Conduct EKGs as needed and transmit results to cardiologists.
- Scan, organize, and transmit exam paperwork and billing documents daily.
- Maintain and service X-ray equipment and vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and healthcare staff.
- Provide excellent patient care and professionalism during each exam.
What You Need:
Required:- Valid Kentucky Radiologic Technologist License or eligibility
- Prior experience with portable radiography highly preferred
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs, with accommodations available
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
Preferred:- Additional certifications such as CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience with EKG procedures and digital imaging equipment
