- Shift: Monday Thursday, 8:30 am 7:00 pm; Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm, with flexibility; occasional evenings/weekends
- Hours/Week: 37.5 hours
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Required Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Masters level in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling (Michigan licensure required)
- Experience: Previous supervisory or administrative experience in mental health preferred
Pay & Benefits- Hourly Rate: $35.60 $48.17 (dependent on licensure and experience)

What Youll Do- Oversee all administrative and clinical functions of the mental health program
- Manage service delivery to community clients and institutions
- Support staff by providing after-hours crisis coverage as needed
- Ensure compliance with licensing and agency policies
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain documentation and reporting requirements
- Promote a team-oriented, patient-centered approach to care
What You NeedRequired:- Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Current Michigan State licensure in relevant field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations professionally
Preferred:- Previous supervisory experience in mental health
- Knowledge of outpatient mental health services
