What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all administrative and clinical operations of the adult outpatient mental health program
• Supervise staff providing services to community clients and institutions
• Ensure delivery of quality mental health services and compliance with regulations
• Provide after-hours crisis coverage support as needed
• Manage program workflows, staff scheduling, and administrative functions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes
• Travel for mileage reimbursement when applicable

What You Need:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Valid Michigan licensure in social work or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
