What You’ll Do

• Oversee all administrative and clinical functions of the mental health program
• Manage service delivery to community clients and institutions
• Support staff by providing after-hours crisis coverage as needed
• Ensure compliance with licensing and agency policies
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain documentation and reporting requirements
• Promote a team-oriented, patient-centered approach to care

What You Need
Required:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Current Michigan State licensure in relevant field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations professionally

Preferred:

• Previous supervisory experience in mental health
• Knowledge of outpatient mental health services
