    Setting: Community Mental Health / Outpatient Program
    Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00PM
    Flexible Schedule: Some evenings and weekends as needed.

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Social Work Supervisor to oversee the administrative and clinical operations of a community mental health program. This leadership role provides clinical supervision, operational oversight, and support to multidisciplinary staff while ensuring high-quality behavioral health services and regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Program Leadership:
    • Supervise the daily administrative and clinical operations of the program.
    • Ensure quality patient care and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
    • Support efficient service delivery to clients and community partners.
    Clinical Supervision:
    • Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship to program staff.
    • Assist with crisis intervention and provide after-hours support when needed.
    • Promote evidence-based practices in behavioral health treatment.
    Program Management:
    • Monitor program performance and prepare operational reports.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
    Client Care:
    • Support individual, family, and group behavioral health services.
    • Utilize sound clinical judgment in crisis situations.
    • Foster a culturally competent and patient-centered environment.

    Requirements:
    Education:
    • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Counseling
    Licensure:
    • Active Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP License (Full Licensure Required).
    Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
    • Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
    • Community Mental Health (CMH) experience highly preferred.
    • Strong crisis intervention, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
