What Youll Do:- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to IDD program staff
- Manage crises and ensure safety for clients and staff
- Oversee documentation quality and maintain electronic medical records system-trained
- Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department meetings
- Monitor compliance with funding and program requirements, including waivers
- Assess client needs and coordinate services within community and interdepartmental groups
- Ensure staff maintain credentials and meet training requirements
- Collaborate on budgeting, resource allocation, and program planning
- Serve as a liaison for agency committees and community interactions
- Commit to continuing professional development through annual training
What You Need:- Licensed LMSW, LLP, or LPC in Michigan (full licensure only)
- Minimum of 1+ years of supervisory experience in mental health or IDD services preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of person-centered planning and quality standards (JCAHO) is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and handle multiple priorities
- Compassionate approach and dedicated to client-centered care
