What You’ll Do:
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to IDD program staff
  • Manage crises and ensure safety for clients and staff
  • Oversee documentation quality and maintain electronic medical records system-trained
  • Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department meetings
  • Monitor compliance with funding and program requirements, including waivers
  • Assess client needs and coordinate services within community and interdepartmental groups
  • Ensure staff maintain credentials and meet training requirements
  • Collaborate on budgeting, resource allocation, and program planning
  • Serve as a liaison for agency committees and community interactions
  • Commit to continuing professional development through annual training

What You Need:
  • Licensed LMSW, LLP, or LPC in Michigan (full licensure only)
  • Minimum of 1+ years of supervisory experience in mental health or IDD services preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of person-centered planning and quality standards (JCAHO) is a plus
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and handle multiple priorities
  • Compassionate approach and dedicated to client-centered care
