- Salary Range: $35.60 $48.17 per hour, dependent on licensing and experience

What Youll Do
- Provide clinical supervision and staff training using various supervisory methods
- Oversee all administrative and clinical functions of the IDD program
- Manage crisis situations involving clients and staff
- Ensure accurate documentation and review treatment records for quality improvement
- Coordinate staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and agency committees
- Maintain compliance with program funding requirements (e.g., waivers)
- Collaborate with community partners and interdepartmental teams
- Monitor staff credentials, training hours, and program documentation
- Conduct regular staff meetings and supervise daily operations
- Support Person-Centered Planning and ensure service quality standards are met
What You Need
- Active Michigan licensure (LMSW, LLP, or LPC) full licensure only
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with IDD populations, supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs and community resources
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
