- Travel and other reimbursements when applicable
What Youll Do:- Perform mobile ultrasound exams at various locations including nursing homes, home care facilities, prisons, and processing sites.
- Ensure accurate and clinically diagnostic imaging guided by physician requisitions.
- Digitally send ultrasound images to radiologists for interpretation.
- Disclose and verify patient identity using two identifiers; support facility staff in patient positioning.
- Maintain all ultrasound equipment and vehicle in excellent condition.
- Follow safety policies, dress code, and professional standards at all times.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, clinical staff, and clients.
- Complete required documentation, billing, and reporting daily.
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current with procedures and regulations.
What You Need:- Valid Georgia sonographer license and certification.
- Minimum 1-year sonography experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone operation skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 20 pounds.
- Valid drivers license with good driving record; ability to drive long distances.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
