Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $27.22 $39.67 per hour, dependent on licensure (full license or limited license)
- Agency Placement Fee: 25%

What Youll Do
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy for adult clients
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Document clinical services and progress in compliance with agency policies
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case consultations
- Complete required training in mental health and co-occurring disorders
- Assist in discharge planning and client follow-up
What You Need
- Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Valid Michigan state licensure (full or limited license)
- At least 1 year of outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
