What Youll Do- Conduct intake evaluations and develop treatment plans for adult clients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, families, and community resources
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Follow ethical standards and agency policies
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations
- Coordinate discharge planning and support client transitions
What You Need- Valid Michigan LMSW license or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant social work experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
