What You’ll Do

• Conduct intake assessments for adult clients, documenting needs and service preferences
• Gather information from clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Utilize motivational interviewing and person-centered planning techniques
• Develop safety plans tailored to individual circumstances
• Refer clients for further evaluations or services as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in supervision and team meetings
• Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and assessments
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, ethical standards, and organizational policies
• Support clients’ goals toward resilience and well-being through compassionate care

What You Need

• Valid Michigan LMSW license
• 1+ years of experience in behavioral health or related field preferred
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to client-centered, ethical practice
