- License/Certs: LMWS license in Michigan required
- Experience: Prior behavioral health intake experience preferred

- Hourly Pay Rate: $27.22 $39.88 (dependent on licensure)

What Youll Do
- Conduct intake assessments to identify individual needs and service preferences
- Gather detailed information from clients, families, and providers
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients and assess motivation
- Provide clear information about available services and supports
- Facilitate person-centered planning and support development of safety plans
- Refer clients for additional evaluations or specialized testing when needed
- Promote and facilitate participation in groups and support services
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all service activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during supervision and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with all licensure, certification, and agency policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What You Need
- Current LMSW license in Michigan
- Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Experience working in adult behavioral health settings preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and motivational interviewing skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
