Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $33.90 $45.25 (based on experience)
- Salary Range: $70,512 $94,120 annually (based on 40 hrs/week)

What Youll Do:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population from newborn to geriatric
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using critical thinking
- Manage cardiac monitoring and respond to urgent patient needs in a rural ED setting
- Document care accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to improve patient outcomes
- Independently manage patient care, demonstrating strong nursing judgment
- Educate patients and families on health management and crisis prevention
What You Need:- Current RN license in New Hampshire
- ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications (AHA)
- Minimum of 2+ years in Medical/Surgical and cardiac monitoring
- ED experience required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a rural healthcare setting
