Pay & Benefits

What Youll Do
- Supervise nursing staff, including nursing assistants and LPNs, ensuring quality resident care
- Oversee medication administration, treatments, and resident monitoring
- Complete and update resident care plans in coordination with the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in staff training, performance evaluations, and team meetings
- Handle emergency situations with independent judgment and professionalism
- Maintain accurate documentation and maintain a clean, safe environment
What You Need
- Valid PA RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Courteous, professional demeanor and dedication to elderly care
