What You’ll Do
- Provide professional nursing care across multiple units, including ER, Med/Surg, and Progressive Care
- Perform head-to-toe assessments and ongoing Reassessments
- Administer medications accurately, following the SIX rights, and educate patients and families
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status, interpreting results effectively
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Assist with procedures and treatments within your scope of practice
- Maintain organization and flexibility, especially in a small, rural facility setting
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license for New Hampshire
- BLS Certification
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in ER, Med/Surg, or PCU environments
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
Preferred:- Experience in a rural or small healthcare setting
