What Youll Do- Independently perform prescribed respiratory care therapies, including invasive procedures, in patient care units and critical care settings
- Interpret physician orders and assess patient needs to deliver safe, effective treatments
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy, adjusting care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Respond promptly to changes in workload and patient condition to maintain high-quality care
- Serve as a clinical consultant, providing suggestions to team members on respiratory treatments and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapies and patient progress
What You Need- Current, valid license/certification as a CRT or RRT
- Prior experience in a hospital or critical care setting preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
