What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive emergency care to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
- Educate patients and families about health management and follow-up care
- Respond quickly and effectively to critical/emergency situations
- Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
- Adapt to fast-paced environments, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills
What You Need
Required:- Valid Oregon RN license
- BLS certification
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred:- Prior emergency department nursing experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to patient needs
