Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: salary structured per annual compensation details below)
- Competitive Salary: Starting at $500,000 to $600,000+ based on experience
- Bonuses: Up to $75,000 annual bonus potential with scorecard metrics
- Sign-on/Relocation: $50,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation stipend
- Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick time, licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable
- Leave & Retirement: 176 hours of vacation, 120 hours sick time, 11 paid holidays, CME allowance, 401(k)/403(b), OSU retirement eligibility
What You'll Do:- Lead and develop a vascular surgery program in partnership with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center
- Perform advanced vascular procedures, including open and endovascular surgeries (e.g., aneurysms, carotid disease, limb salvage)
- Manage vascular conditions via medical therapy and non-surgical interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team care alongside cardiology, radiology, and other specialties
- Supervise APPs and contribute to program growth, including future staffing expansions and operating room upgrades
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and disease prevention
- Provide preceptor training to medical students, residents, and staff
- Engage in institutional service activities and potential leadership roles
What You Need:- Medical license to practice in Ohio
- Board certification or eligibility in vascular surgery (preferred)
- Proven skills in open and endovascular procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
