Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: salary structured per annual compensation details below)
  • Competitive Salary: Starting at $500,000 to $600,000+ based on experience
  • Bonuses: Up to $75,000 annual bonus potential with scorecard metrics
  • Sign-on/Relocation: $50,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation stipend
  • Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick time, licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable
  • Leave & Retirement: 176 hours of vacation, 120 hours sick time, 11 paid holidays, CME allowance, 401(k)/403(b), OSU retirement eligibility

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and develop a vascular surgery program in partnership with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center
  • Perform advanced vascular procedures, including open and endovascular surgeries (e.g., aneurysms, carotid disease, limb salvage)
  • Manage vascular conditions via medical therapy and non-surgical interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team care alongside cardiology, radiology, and other specialties
  • Supervise APPs and contribute to program growth, including future staffing expansions and operating room upgrades
  • Educate patients and families on treatment options and disease prevention
  • Provide preceptor training to medical students, residents, and staff
  • Engage in institutional service activities and potential leadership roles

What You Need:
  • Medical license to practice in Ohio
  • Board certification or eligibility in vascular surgery (preferred)
  • Proven skills in open and endovascular procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
