What You’ll Do:- Diagnose and evaluate orthopedic conditions using physical exams and diagnostic imaging
- Develop and implement surgical and non-surgical treatment plans
- Perform a wide range of orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care to ensure safety and recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical and occupational therapists
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage as part of the orthopedic team
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Stay current with advancements in orthopedic surgery and incorporate evidence-based practices
- Engage in continuing medical education and professional development activities
What You Need:- Valid medical license to practice in Vermont
- Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Minimum of [X] years of orthopedic surgical experience (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and interpersonal skills
