365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon for a permanent hospitalist neurosurgery position in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
This role offers a predictable 7-on / 7-off schedule, practice within a Level II Trauma Center, and the opportunity to join a highly respected neurosurgery program with advanced surgical resources and strong multidisciplinary support.

7-On / 7-Off Hospitalist Model
Seven consecutive days of coverage followed by seven days off
Full 7-day coverage blocks
Weekend coverage included within the work block
Call responsibilities integrated within the scheduled rotation
This schedule allows physicians to maintain clinical excellence while enjoying predictable time off.
Level II Trauma Center
Comprehensive cranial and spinal neurosurgical case mix
Advanced surgical suites and imaging technology
Strong multidisciplinary neuroscience support
Robust referral network throughout West Michigan
Epic EMR
Physician-led program with collaborative culture
Perform a full spectrum of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures
Provide inpatient neurosurgical consultation and management
Interpret advanced neuroimaging including MRI, CT, and angiography
Manage trauma-related neurosurgical cases
Collaborate with neurologists, neurointerventional specialists, and trauma teams
Provide postoperative and follow-up care
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based surgical care
Join an established Neuroscience Program recognized for excellence in brain and spine surgery.
Program resources include:
Spine Surgery Center of Excellence designation
Comprehensive Stroke Center
Level IV Epilepsy Center
Movement Disorder Clinic
Dedicated multidisciplinary neuroscience teams
You will work alongside three employed neurosurgeons in a collaborative, high-performing surgical environment.

Teaching medical students

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
Must achieve board certification within 2 years of board eligibility
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification
BLS certification
Clean malpractice and license history
Open to new graduates and experienced neurosurgeons.
