Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $1.00 (Please note: pay details available upon application)
- Additional Compensation & Bonuses:
- Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours/week, with productivity bonuses up to $500,000/year
- $50,000 signing bonus
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
- Loan repayment options (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipends)
- $5,000 annual CME & certification support
- 248 hours paid time off (vacation, holidays, CME)

What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient rheumatology care at the BVHS Wellness Park
- Customize your schedule: full-time, part-time, or week-on/week-off
- Manage your own patient mix and age groups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
- Participate in weekly CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs
- Utilize Cerner EMR for inpatient and outpatient documentation
- Engage in optional teaching opportunities for students and trainees
- Leverage Mayo Clinic resources: eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert
- Work with a supportive team, including hospitalist support for inpatient needs
What You Need
- Valid Ohio medical license
- Board Certified or Eligible in Rheumatology
- Proven experience in outpatient clinical settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
