- Experience: Proven leadership in REI, minimum 3 years clinical experience in reproductive medicine

What Youll Do:- Lead and manage the REI division, ensuring clinical excellence and program growth
- Oversee outpatient reproductive endocrinology services and advanced fertility treatments
- Perform diagnostic procedures, fertility preservation, and minimally invasive treatments
- Foster quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical standards
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams, including nursing, embryology, and support staff
- Collaborate on strategic planning and development of reproductive medicine services
- Participate in call coverage and weekend rotations as scheduled
- Ensure compliance with all relevant institutional, state, and national regulations
What You Need:- MD or DO degree; active medical license in Michigan or eligible for licensing
- Certification in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI)
- Minimum of 3+ years clinical leadership experience in reproductive medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
