What You’ll Do- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
- Oversee and develop a growing reproductive endocrinology and infertility program
- Deliver expert outpatient reproductive endocrine care and perform advanced fertility treatments
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure clinical standards are met
- Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams and collaborate across departments
- Contribute to strategic planning and expansion of reproductive medicine services
- Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient or consultative duties
- Participate in call coverage and weekend rotations as required
- Maintain compliance with institutional, state, and national care standards
What You Need- Valid Michigan medical license; full and unrestricted license preferred
- Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (must be current)
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in REI
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to manage a busy outpatient fertility program confidently
