What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility division
- Provide specialized outpatient fertility care, including diagnostic assessments and advanced fertility treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Develop and implement clinical standards and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in strategic planning and growth of reproductive medicine services
- Supervise clinical staff and manage clinic operations
- Engage in call coverage and weekend rotation as determined by leadership
What You Need
Required:- Board Certified or eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility
- Active medical license in Michigan
- Proven experience in reproductive endocrinology and fertility treatments
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Preferred:- Prior leadership experience in an academic or specialized fertility setting
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
