What You’ll Do:- Provide inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients with various diagnoses including anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, and trauma-related disorders
- Manage pharmacotherapy and coordinate involuntary commitments as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation using Wellsky EMR system
- Support a patient census averaging 18 patients daily
- Participate in a supportive team environment with experienced psychiatrists and advanced practice providers
What You Need:- Valid Delaware medical license and board certification in Psychiatry
- Minimum of 2 years inpatient psychiatric experience
- Familiarity with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
