• Annual Salary Range: $458,000 – $508,000 (bonus potential based on quality and productivity)

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized otology care, including cochlear implants and BAHAs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of audiologists, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners
• Contribute to a growing regional referral base
• Perform surgeries and consultations in a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Participate in shared call responsibilities
• Support trauma-level ENT services for Level I and Level III trauma centers
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in ENT or otology preferred

Preferred:

• Experience with cochlear implants or BAHA programs
• Strong collaborative and patient-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills
